PURCHASE AGREEMENT

ICONIQ CLOTHING PURCHASE AGREEMENT

This Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions that each customer agrees to upon making a purchase from Iconiq Clothing ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the policies stated below.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Iconiq Clothing are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except in cases of defective or damaged items as outlined in our refund policy.

2. Made-to-Order Policy

Each item is made to order specifically for you. As a result, we cannot restock or resell returned products. This policy allows us to maintain fair pricing while upholding the highest quality standards.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info.iconiqclothing@gmail.com with the following:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the defect or damage

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement for the affected item.

4. Product Variation Disclaimer

Due to variations in lighting, screen resolution, and manufacturing processes, the product you receive may differ slightly from the images displayed on our website. These variations, including but not limited to color, texture, and print placement, do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

5. Material Disclaimer

We use a variety of materials in our products, including but not limited to cotton, polyester, wool, and blended fabrics. If you have material sensitivities or allergies, it is your responsibility to review product details before purchasing. We are not liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities to product materials.

6. Shipping & Restocking Fee for Approved Returns

In rare cases where a return is approved for reasons other than damage or defect, the following conditions apply:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
• A $25 shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Purchase Agreement. This agreement serves as a legally binding contract between Iconiq Clothing and the customer.
