Important: ICONIQ cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country. Customs authorities control this process, and we have no influence over the timing.

Order Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your order after payment, please contact us at info@iconiqclothing.com While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee a cancellation as orders are forwarded to the warehouse quickly. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel it, and you will need to initiate a return instead.
